General Venue Specs

  • Style of Room: 220-cap seated listening room & supper club. Approx. 3000 SF.

  • Nearest / Furthest Seating: 6ft./40ft.

  • Parking: Dedicated artist parking on side of building. Ample free parking in front lot. No shore power. Generators okay. No transportation curfew.

  • Load In / Push / Storage: Through front doors. 50’ push from door to stage. Three steps from floor to deck. No dock. No ramp. Minimal backstage area. Large dead cases must return to tour vehicles or be pushed out to storage.

  • Merch: Well-lit lobby area with power, table, and chairs.

  • Green Room: Private suite with large common room / hospitality area, two dressing rooms, and restroom. No showers or laundry.

  • Hospitality: Dinner provided to performers following soundcheck.

  • Internet: Free high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the building.

Production Overview

  • Power: 120V (NEMA 5-15, 5-20). No twist / camlock / distro.
