Co-owners Patrick Zampetti and Kevin Liu take care of every event personally. Need a custom menu? Specialty decorations? A particular bottle of wine a VIP loves? No problem. We strive to make every event at The Tin Pan a memorable success, no matter how big or small!
Every rental includes full use of our in-house Meyer sound system, lighting, and projection systems. No need to bring mics, amps, or even a computer – everything is included. Our 400-square foot performance stage, Meyer speakers and digital Allen & Heath mixer board are an Audiophile’s dream.

Pricing
In order to book an event with The Tin Pan, you simply need to meet a “food and beverage minimum.” That is, if you or your guests spend a minimum amount on food or at the bar, there is not additional venue or rental fee.
Our general minimums are as follows:
Daytime (any day ending before 4PM): minimum spend of $1,500
Evenings (Sun-Thu): minimum spend of $3,500
Evenings (Fri/Sat): minimum spend of $5,500.
All prices are +10% tax and +20% Gratuity
This price is inclusive of the venue, staffing, setup, cleanup, tables, chairs, flatware, and glassware.
Production management for live music or any use of our in-house PA system requires an additional fee. We do not book bands directly for private events, but we are happy to work with any band you’ve booked for your event.
Bar Packages
Open Bar: Gold Package
Includes any cocktails, and non-super-premium spirits plus beer and wine. Brand selections would include items such as Woodford Reserve, Lunazul Tequila, Tito’s Vodka, and Bombay Sapphire.
$25/guest for 1st hour +$8/hour after
Open Bar: Silver Package
Includes any beer and wine valued at under $11 per drink. Premium options, spirits and cocktails available for separate purchase by guests.
$20/guest for 1st hour +$6/hour after
Consumption Bar/Hosted Bar
Host’s tab is charged per drink ordered. Pricing is based on current drink pricing on the day of the event. A per-drink cap can be applied. Drink tickets are available.

Host’s bill is charged $2.50/guest for setup and labor fees. Huests pay regular menu pricing for any drinks ordered. Total bar spend applies toward food and beverage minimum, if applicable.

Private Event Policies
The Tin Pan requires a 33% deposit of an event estimate in order to hold a date.
Events cancelled or moved less than 30 days prior to the event date will forfeit the full deposit.
Events cancelled or moved less than 7 days prior to the event date will be charged 50% of the event estimate.
Events cancelled or moved on the event date will be charged the full event estimate.
A final guest count is requested no later than 1 week before the event.
Significant increases in guest count within 72 hours may result in additional charges per guest.
A decrease in guest count within 72 hours of the event will still be subject to the final guest count.
State tax of 6%, Henrico meals tax of 4.3% and a 20% service charge will be applied to all private events.
Service charge includes event planning and coordination, hourly staff compensation and other costs associated with providing space for your event.

A: Yes, you can reserve the entire restaurant. The prices in this guide reflect a full venue rental. For partial rentals and semi-private events, please contact us directly.
Q: Can I host a networking social or client dinner at The Tin Pan?
A: Absolutely! Depending on the date in question, we’ve found that treating clients to dinner and a show make for a lasting favorable impression. Please contact us to schedule a time.
